Pricing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the admin panel. Upgrades apply right away, pro-rated; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the period you've paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Shopify users are billed through Shopify directly.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 15-day trial is fully free — we ask for a card only when you actually subscribe.
What counts as a "concurrent user"?
Anyone connected to the chat at the same time. The numbers are a guide to which plan fits, not a cutoff: the chat never turns visitors away.
