Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the admin panel. Pro-rated billing for upgrades.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Shopify users are billed through Shopify directly.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 15-day trial is fully free — we ask for a card only when you actually subscribe.
What counts as a "concurrent user"?
Anyone connected to the chat at the same time. We snapshot peak concurrency every 24 hours; spikes don't count against you.
